Using Different Approximations of Averaging Method in Theory of Micro Electromechanical Systems (MEMS)

We use the first, second and third approximations of averaging method for one mathematical model of a micro electromechanical system (MEMS) considered in the paper: A. M. Tusset, J. M. Balthazar, D. G. Bassinello, B. R. Pontes Jr, and Jorge Luis Palacios Felix, Statements on chaos control designs, including a fractional order dynamical system, applied to a “MEMS” comb-drive actuator. Nonlinear Dyn., 2012, 69:1837–1857. Illustrative examples are given.
