Optical Detection of ESR in Amorphous As2S3
1979
ESR in amorphous As 2 S 3 was optically detected. It was found that the g -value was about 2.04, and that the half-width was about 1200 Gauss. The results show that luminescence centers are different from optically induced ESR centers observed by Bishop et al ., because the half-width of their spectra is much narrower than that of the present experiment.
