The conditions of frame for the shift-invariant system

A necessary condition and two sufficient conditions ensuring that the shift-invariant system is a frame for L 2 (R n ) are established. The proofs of presented results rely on elementary properties of the periodic function and the Cauchy-Schwarz inequality. As some applications, the results are used to obtain some known conclusions about wavelet frames.
