The biggest discourse on poverty is laid on production process metaphor. The discourse in built from dicotonomies of rich-poor, productive-unproductive, local-global organization. The discourse is built by global institution, and implemented to national, regional, and village levels. The discourse is built by standardization, normalization, and discipline. Formalization of habitus is built by training and formal paper. Field of discourse contains poor people, their family, beneficiaries, micro enterprise, and villagers. According to construction of the field, poverty reduction program should benefit specifically for poor people and family.
