This circuit (10) includes first and second semiconductors (D1, D2) arranged in the forward direction with respect to a negative supply line (37), an operational amplifier (OP) connected to a supply line in positive energy (36) and line (37), resistors (R1, R2, R3) connected together and to the amplifier (OP), and a fourth resistor (R4) connected between the noninverting input terminal of operational amplifier (OP), and the other end of which is connected to the first semiconductor (D1) whose resistance value is smaller than the resistance value of the first resistor (R1) .The use particular to circuits providing a stable reference voltage.
