The present invention relates to a high-temperature, oxidation and corrosion-resistant protective layer for application to a substrate, in particular for application to parts of turbines or aircraft actuators works, consisting of an injection layer of a thermally sprayed, primarily metallic material, wherein after the application of the injection layer on the substrate it at least partially a thermochemical aluminum (Cr, Si) -Abscheideprozess is subjected to high specific Aluminiumabscheideaktivitat, such that the protective layer from the substrate surface to the layer surface has a rising Legierungsgradienten on Al (Cr, Si) and isolated globulitic metal oxide particles. The invention further relates to a method for producing this protective layer and their use.
