La paradoja del Rasch: medidas y errores

The measures obtained by the fit of data al model of Rasch fulfil the requirements of the fundamental measurement demanded by Campbell. The obtaining of these measures allows us to surpass the generalized limitation of the use of ordinal scores in administration of companies like metric concept, which affects to the interpretation of the results obtained in its statistical treatment from an enterprise perspective. Next to an introduction of the conceptual discussion of the measurements in social sciences, they appear the typologies of measures and errors of the model of Rasch, concluding with the presentation of the Paradox of Rasch.
