Temperature-controllable plasma organic exhaust gas treatment device

2012
The invention discloses a temperature-controllable plasma organic exhaust gas treatment device, which comprises an outer electrode (2) and an inner electrode (3), the outer electrode (2) and the inner electrode (3) are coaxially sleeved outside a cooling pipe (5) of a cooler (1), the open end of the tubular inner electrode (3) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cooler (1), one end of the outer electrode (2) is connected with the sidewall of the cooler (1) through a supporting part (6), the other end of the outer electrode (2) is embedded in the inner wall of an exhaust pipe (4), ignition electrodes (7) are evenly distributed on the periphery of the outer electrode (2), the supporting part (6) is provided with an exhaust gas inlet (8), a liquid outlet pipe (9) is arranged on the sidewall of the cooler (1), and the end of the cooler (1) is provided with a coolant inlet (10). Because the temperature-controllable plasma organic exhaust gas treatment device can automatically regulate plasma temperature according to the emission concentration of exhaust gas, the electrode materials can be prevented from being burnt, the service lives of the electrodes can be prolonged, and high-efficiency, low-energy consumption treatment is realized.
