Обычай как неотъемлемая часть традиционной правовой культуры некоторых народов Российской империи в xix веке

The article investigates the custom as an integral part of the traditional legal culture of some peoples of the Russian Empire in the XIX century. These peoples the nations that joined the Russian Empire during the chronological period under study, and that’s the reason why legal system and custom (customary law) has long competed with each other in various spheres of public life.
