Cold and hot water pressure exchange system applied to deep heat-damaged mine

2014
The invention discloses a cold and hot water pressure exchange system applied to a deep heat-damaged mine. The cold and hot water pressure exchange system is characterized by comprising a ground refrigerating unit, a cooling tower, a water tank, a circulating water pump on the mine, a pressure exchange device, a circulating water pump under the mine and an air cooler. The cooling tower is connected with the ground refrigerating unit. The ground refrigerating unit is connected with the circulating water pump on the mine. The circulating water pump on the mine delivers high-pressure cold water to the pressure exchange device. The cold water subjected to depressurization is delivered to a cooling area through a low-pressure heat-insulating pipeline and supplied to the air cooler for use. Cooled hot water is delivered back to the pressure exchange device through a water return pipeline. The pressure exchange device is connected with the circulating water pump under the mine. The circulating water pump under the mine is connected with the water tank. The water tank is connected with the ground refrigerating unit. The cold and hot water pressure exchange system can efficiently reduce pressure and cold loss, thereby achieving the purpose of depressurizing the high-pressure cold water into low-pressure cold water.
