The invention provides a micro bubble noise reducing device suitable for a pump spray propelling submarine. The micro bubble noise reducing device comprises a propeller shaft arranged at the tail of a submarine body, a propeller mounted on the propeller shaft and a guide pipe connected with the submarine body through a hollow connecting bracket, wherein an air compressor and an air storage tank connected with the air compressor are arranged in the submarine body; an adjustable high-pressure valve and a first-stage one-way valve are sequentially connected to an outlet of the air storage tank through an air supply pipeline; the tail end of the air supply pipeline is divided into two branch pipelines; the two branch pipelines respectively penetrate through the connecting bracket and the guide pipe and are ended at the tail edge of the guide pipe; a second-stage one-way gas valve is also arranged on each branch pipeline; three circles of air hole arrays are formed in the end surface of the tail edge of the guide pipe, and through holes of each circle of air hole array are formed in the circumferential direction of the guide pipe at equal intervals; waste gas in the submarine body is sucked in the air storage tank through the air compressor, and sequentially passes through the outlet of the air storage tank, the air supply pipeline, and the two branch pipelines to be sprayed out at high speed from the air hole arrays at the tail edge of the guide pipe. The micro bubble noise reducing device disclosed by the invention is suitable for tail change and noise reduction of the submarine adopting a pump spray propelling manner.
