The Electronic Transport of Mesoscopic Hybrid System

The electronic transport properties of a three-terminal normal metal-normal metal-superconductor mesoscopic hybrid system are investigated.Starting from the Green's function of the system,the general formulas for current from both normal metal lead and superconductor lead to the quantum dot are derived by using the nonequilibrium Green's function approach,which are valid for any bias and temperature.
