The method includes that an externally-arranged management computer acquires actual heading information of the air-cushion vehicle from a sensor unit, acquires actual speed information of the air-cushion vehicle from an air-cushion vehicle position measuring unit and sends the actual heading information and the actual speed information to a control computer through a bus interface; the control computer calculates to acquire a rudder angle of an air rudder and screw pitch values of left and right oars of the air-cushion vehicle according to deviation between actual heading direction and set heading direction; the control computer sends a rudder angle instruction of the air rudder and screw pitch instructions of the left and right oars to the externally-arranged management computer through the bus interface; the externally-arranged management computer sends the instructions to an air-cushion vehicle drive executing mechanism to realize an automatic control mode.
