Технические решения по утилизации тепла и улавливанию вредных выбросов при охлаждении анодного огарка

The authors carried out studies to determine the amounts and compositions of gases emitted by cooling cinders of baked anodes into the atmosphere of potrooms. Based on the obtained results they developed an engineering solution to cap-ture gases, their further neutralization in gas purification systems and utilization of heat from a cooling cinder. The tests are made and the application efficiency of the proposed engineering solution is determined.
