饥饿对三疣梭子蟹初孵幼体(Z1)存活及主要生化成分的影响

2006
The present paper deals with the effect of starvation on the survival and the mainly biochemical composition of Portunus trituberculatus freshly hatched Z1. The change of total energy and energy source were also discussed during starvation period (96 h). The results showed that: 1. The T1 (time when initial mortality) T50(time when 50% mortality) and T100 (time when 100% mortality) of freshly hatched Z1 were 2.5 d、6.0 d and 9.5 d respectively; 2. The protein content and lipid content (% dry weight) decreased significantly while the water content increased slightly, the trend of lipid/protein ratio was high-low-high-low during the starvation periods; 3 . The total energy of Z1 decreased significantly, the body energy was consumed quickly. Both protein and lipid were mobilized as energy expenditure, while protein was main energy source during 96 h starvation.
