A picture album providing method, a picture album providing system, a picture registering method, and a service information providing method are provided to store photographing time and user position as well as images by connecting with a wireless communication system when registering the images, thereby obtaining various kinds of sorting services. A picture album providing method comprises the steps of: inputting logon information(S10); providing an image registering screen of various graphic interfaces(S11); receiving the asked image and extracting photographing time which is contained in meta information of the received image(S12); detecting position information of a first terminal which corresponds to the position measuring time when the position measuring time exists(S13); connecting the detected photographing position information with the image and storing the photographing position information in a user image information database(S14); and providing a user with the image through various sorting and reading services based on photographing position and time(S15).
