The invention provides a counting monitoring method of a bagged cement truck, which solves the technical difficulty that more cement bags are loaded to cause that the cement bags are lost due to artificial factors. The counting monitoring method of the bagged cement truck comprises the following steps of: driving a cement transport vehicle to be under an up-down hoisting type loading belt capable of being moved horizontally, and arranging a photoelectric switch on the up-down hoisting type loading belt capable of being moved horizontally; calculating and processing pulse data collected by the photoelectric switch; and then, carrying out a monitoring step of counting and displaying in a backstage digital display unit. The counting monitoring method of the bagged cement truck is characterized in that a set of video monitoring device comprising a first camera, a control unit, a storage unit and a display is additionally arranged; the first camera is positioned rightly above a bag falling end of the up-down hoisting type loading belt capable of being moved horizontally, and can move horizontally along the up-down hoisting type loading belt capable of being moved horizontally; the control unit, the storage unit and the display are uniformly arranged on a backstage and are counted by the photoelectric switch; and meanwhile, a scene image is checked through video image data in the display, so that the monitoring on the cement bags can be carried out by combining the two manners.
