The influence of postpartum care for maternal blood rheology and japanese orthopedic association scale

Objective To study the influence of postpartum care for maternal blood rheology and JOA scale.Methods 100 cases with maternal line from January 2012 to December were collected,and they were divided into research group and the control group,with randomized studies.Each group had 50 cases.The control group was given the conventional nursing,the research group was given care for postpartum care on the basis of conventional nursing.Care was for 2 weeks.Two groups of blood rheology and JOA scale were counted.Results Compared with control group,the team whole blood high shear viscosity of(4.18±0.34) mPa.s,whole blood low shear viscosity of(8.38±0.83) mPa.s,plasma viscosity of(1.45±0.12) mPa.s,fibrinogen of(2.54±0.45) g/L were significantly lower,JOA score of(26.38 ±5.49) of cervical vertebra and lumbar JOA score(26.90±3.02) were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(all P 0.05).Conclusion The reasonable nursing can obviously improve maternal postpartum postpartum blood rheology indi cators,reduce maternal postpartum pain degree,obvious effect,which is worth clinical promotion.
