Dual-strengthening micro-oil ignition and flame stabilizer with oxygen combustion supporting

2009
The utility model discloses a dual-strengthening micro-oil ignition and flame stabilizer with oxygen combustion supporting, comprising an impact coal dust concentration fractional combustion coal burner, a main micro-oil gun, a front micro-oil gun, and an oxygen combustion supporting sprayer nozzle arranged in a surrounding way, wherein the main micro-oil gun and the front micro-oil gun adopt double helix pneumatic nebulization structures; the main micro-oil gun and the coal burner adopt coaxial assembly structure; the front micro-oil gun is installed on an outer-layer combustor with a 20-60-degree included angle with the axis of the coal burner; an inner-layer combustor and the outer-layer combustor are respectively and evenly distributed with a ring of oxygen pipes in the peripheral direction; when in ignition and flame stabilizing, the combustion flame of the main micro-oil gun is used to light the coal dust in the inner-layer combustor, then the heat emitted by the coal dust combustion in the inner-layer combustor lights the coal dust in the outer-layer combustor; and when the coal dust has poor quality and is hard to be lighted, the oxygen is conveyed to the inner-layer combustor and the outer-layer combustor through an oxygen sprayer pipe, and simultaneously, the outer-layer combustor uses the front micro-oil gun to conduct secondary heating on the coal dust airflow, thus ensuring the reliable ignition and stable combustion of the coal dust airflow. The device is especially applicable to lighting of coal with lower volatile matter content such as soft coal, meagre coal, blind coal and the like as well as petroleum coke and other fuels.
