Method for preparing polyaniline/nylon 66 conductive composite material

2008
The invention relates to a method for preparing a polyaniline/nylon 66 conductive composite material, which comprises the following steps: 100-300 milliliters of a formic acid solution with the concentration of 75-90 percent is poured into a reaction device, and 5-8 grams of nylon 66 is added into the reaction device and mechanically stirred for 4-5 hours until the nylon 66 is completely dissolved; 3-5 milliliters of analytically pure aniline monomers obtained through secondary reduced pressure distillation are added to the dissolved product and mechanically stirred for 15 minutes under a certain condition; 2.5-7.5 grams of ammonium persulfate is slowly added by controlling the molar ratio of 1:1 and mechanically stirred for 4-8 hours under a certain condition; the obtained deepgreen mixed liquid is poured into a molding device and roasted for 12-48 hours in an oven at a temperature of 40-70 DEG C; and after the deepgreen mixed liquid is dried, the polyaniline/nylon 66 conductive composite material is obtained. The method has simple process, low cost and high conductivity.
