Palavras-chave : Organizacao Social; agroecologia; Agricultura Familiar Abstract: Objective of this work is to demonstrate the weaknesses related to (in) formations present in the social organization of a rural community located in the municipality of Salinopolis is located, Para, in such a way as to highlight the challenges to be overcome by those actors in rural areas. The research was made possible by actions of hatching Incubator of Technological Development and Innovation of Cooperatives and Joint Ventures (INCUBITEC - foreign trade at IFPA Campus Castanhal), we used Diagnostic tools Participatory Rural (DRP) as: semi-structured interview; direct Observation; cross Walk. The research pointed to weakness in the flow of (in)formation, the members need to understand the organization to which they are part, actions, institutional relations, goal to be reached, the great challenge revolves around thinking actions that attempt to strengthen the dialog between members and the organization in order to improve the flow of (in) formations.
