The utility model discloses a mould for a post-tensioned railway sleeper, which is aimed at to solve various disadvantages caused by the railway sleepers produced in the way of being tensioned firstly and then being reversely molded in the prior art. Two to six hollow cores are arranged in parallel in a groove cavity of an outer housing; one ends of the cores are connected and fixed together by a connecting fixing piece, and the other end are free; the connecting fixing piece are positioned in a longitudinal end plate of the outer housing; the other longitudinal end plate of the outer housing is provided with a tensioning terminal; the free ends of the cores are connected with the tensioning terminal. The railway sleepers produced with the mould has the advantages of few mould consumption and high productive efficiency, and continuous production can be carried out.
