Иммунотерапия в комплексном лечении некрозирущего панкреатита, осложненного перитонитом

Within the framework of simple blind randomized controllable research inspection and treatment of 335 patients with various forms a pancreatitis complicated with a peritonitis is lead (carried out). In the basic group with application miniinvasive operative interventions and the developed circuit of intensive therapy it was possible to improve results of treatment considerably. It makes possible to do elimination of SIRS, to reduce level of infective complications of necrotizing pancreatitis and late operative interventions with cytokines therapy.
