Smooth-surfaced graphite film and method for producing same

Provided is a graphite film having a thickness of 10 nm to 12 μm, an area of 5×5 mm 2 or greater, electrical conductivity of 8000 S/cm or greater, and a surface arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 200 nm or less, said film obtained by imposing various limitations on the natural shrinkage and expansion during firing of a raw material polymer film.
