Analysis of Chinese Medical Syndrome and Disease Location in Benzene-Exposure Employee

Objective To discuss the Chinese medical syndrome,disease location and distribution of susceptible population in benzene-exposure.Methods Investigation of Chinese medical syndrome and disease location were carried out in three groups(benzene-exposure group,benzene-exposure with leukopenia group,non-benzene-exposure group).The difference of Chinese medical syndrome,disease location and distribution of leukocyte were analyzed.Results Syndrome of benzene exposure with leukopenia was almost deficiency syndrome,the difference was significant compared with the other two groups(P0.01).Qi-deficiency,blood-deficiency and yin-deficiency were the first three elements of disease nature.Spleen and kidney were the first two elements of disease location.Conclusion Benzene-exposure employee with qi-deficiency,blood-deficiency and yin-deficiency or the disease location in spleen and kidney is liable to cause leucopenia.Qi-deficiency,blood-deficiency and yin-deficiency may be the susceptible markers of benzene-exposure contraindication.
