International Environmental Law is a new branch of modern international law as a response to human environmental problems.Compared with other branches of international law,international environmental law has such characteristics as being of public interest,science-based,comprehensive,early-staged,advanced and regional.All these characteristics account for also the latest development of international law in the area of environmental protection.
