The article examines the opportunities and benefits of Grid architecture for developing e-Learning system of training and retraining personnel in the industry.On the basis of analysis of the processes of training built evolutionary scheme of the process of learning in the training center to build a virtual model of the professional community.Describes the components of grid system and developed a formalized description of the basic Grid services. The capabilities for the use of personal computers and mobile devices in the enterprise software implementation for automated systems training and retraining based enterprise Grid architecture.Proposed use of mobile devices in the Grid environment for learning materials regardless of whether the training center and the method of their use as a terminal for help support the company and display of complex models, shortchanged in the Grid environment.
