Parylene-based flexible imaging device for physiological measurement of rodent brain

In this paper, we propose a parylene-based flexible complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) imaging device and demonstrate its application for the brain blood flow measurement of a mouse. The fabricated device shows good flexibility and stable imaging of the brain surface of a mouse. This result indicates a possibility to realize a wide field-of-view sensor array device that can measure the entire brain surface simultaneously.
