Analysis on Trace Elements in Eupatorium chinense Linn

To determine the content of trace elements in Eupatorium chinense Linn,the dissolution of the herb were performed in wet way,the trace elements in Eupatorium chinense Linn were determined by ICP-AES method.The results show that there are 10 microelements in Eupatorium chinense Linn.The coefficient of variation is 0.81%~7.26%,the recovery is 93.0%~104.0%,and can determine the content of most microelements in Eupatorium chinense Linn at the same time.
