Efecto de algunos factores del ambiente in vitro en la multiplicación del Ñame (Dioscorea alata L.). I. Concentración de nitrógeno, fósforo y potasio

The effect of different concentration of nitrogen. phosphorus and potassium on multiplication in vitro of five clones of yam was studied. A completely randomised design and a bifactorial analysis was utilised. No significance difference among the clones when the relation N:P:K change did not find, but it change when the nitrogen concentration vary of 10 to 30 mmol L -1 . The treatment comparison by orthogonal contrast showed a positive influence relationship between N:K. The best results were obtained with the N:P:K relation of 30:1:10.
