Особенности гражданско-правовых способов защиты прав на базы данных в Российской Федерации

In the article, the features of modern civil ways of protection of rights on databases as well as current legislation in this area are analyzed. The possibility of application of alternative ways of databases defense is studied, and recommendations on their implementation are expounded. The detailed analysis of judicial acts on databases is presented, and ways of implementation of exclusive right in the studied area are described. Particular aspects of a free use of databases in modern commercial circulation are examined.
