In-mold decoration injection molding method and thin film heat pressing and molding mold

The invention relates to an in-mold decoration and injection molding method by arranging a film inset in a mold cavity in injection molding and a film hot press forming mold. The invention aims at solving the problem of easy wrinkling in the corner of the film in the existing film hot press molding technology, and provides an in-mold decoration and injection molding method; the method comprises the following steps: 1. providing a film and forming a decoration pattern layer on the film; 2. hot pressing and pre-molding the film; 3. cutting the pre-molded film into the film insert; 4. placing the film insert into the injection mold for injection molding. The invention also provides the film hot-press forming mold used in the method, comprising a fixed mold and a moving mold, the fixed mold is provided with a mold cavity for film molding, and the position near the periphery of the mold cavity of the mold is provided with a fixing device for fixing the film. By adopting the molding method and the film hot press forming mold, wrinkling in the corner of the film insert can be effectively avoided, thus enhancing the quality of the film insert.
