The device comprises a body portion, a transmission portion, a loading portion and a test bed portion, the upper portion of the body portion comprises a rotatable supporting frame, the test bed portion comprises an independent rotatable lower test bed, an independent reciprocating lower test bed and a common upper test bed, the transmission portion comprises an independent rotatable transmission mechanism and an independent reciprocating transmission mechanism. The device can simulate conditions of the friction abrasion between the food machinery component and processed food such as beans and rice, working conditions of rotatable friction abrasion and reciprocating friction abrasion can be simultaneously simulated, one device has multi-purposes, and the device can be widely used for detecting friction abrasion of friction components in the food machinery field.
