PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method of a biological sample component capable of quantitating and calculating simply and accurately both components of a plasma component and a corpuscle component of a trace-quantity and unknown-quantity whole blood sample sampled from a finger or the like.SOLUTION: In a method for analyzing a biological sample component in a trace quantity blood, a diluted buffer solution to be entered by blood, and an internal standard substance and/or an external standard substance contained in the diluted buffer solution are analyzed, and a dilution rate is calculated, and plasma in the blood or a biological component in a serum component is analyzed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
