A novel widely tunable monolithically integrated transmitter device in Indium Phosphide

In this paper, we report on a novel, patented tunable transmitter device, based on a dual output tunable laser, and a pair of modulators which are interferometrically combined (Tunable Interferometric Transmitter, TunIT).
