MÜŞTERİLERİN E-TABLET MENÜLERİ DEĞERLENDİRMELERİNE İLİŞKİN BİR ÇALIŞMA

In our time, restaurants oriented information technologies for the purpose of the meet customers’ expectations and high level of customer satisfaction. One of the new technologies is an etablet menu (electronic tablet menu) in restaurants to deliver good and products to customers. Etablet menus have a great many opportunities when compare with traditional menus and it has been use in all over the world and our country. This study has been made for the purpose of the introduce e-tablet menus, to determine customers’ evaluation about e-tablet menus and in direction of results, recommendations to restaurant managers. This study has been done in restaurant which in Istanbul and use e-tablet menu, collection of the data semi-structured interview techniques was used besides participant observation. At the end of the study, it’s concluded that customers hasn’t use e-tablet menus widely but customers’ who use e-tablet menus evaluate that e-tablet menu is useful, high information quality when compare with traditional menus and in general they are satisfy from etablet menus.
