THE EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF CXCR4、VEGF-C AND VEGFR-3IN CERVICAL CARCINOMA AND LYMPH NODE TISSUES

2014
Objective:To investigate the expression of the chemokine receptor(CXCR 4),the vascular endothelial growth factor-C( VEGF-C) and the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3(VEGFR-3)in cervical carcinoma and lymph node. Methods: CXCR 4 gene expression in 30 cases of cervical carcinoma and lymph node tissues, and 10 cases of normal cervical tissues by real time polymerase chain reaction( real time PCR). Immunohistochemical techniques were used to detect the expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in 30 cases of cervical carcinoma and lymph node tissues. Result:CXCR 4 gene expression and degree of differentiation, histological type, age has nothing to do with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. The rate of positive expression of VEGF-C and cervical cancer stage, tumor differentiation, histological type, age no correlation. With lymph node metastasis,VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 expression was significantly correlated( P = 0. 022). But no correlation VEGFR-3 positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis. Conclusion:CXCR 4 gene and VEGF-C,VEGFR-3 both protein are associated with the development of cervical cancer,VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 expression have a significant correlation.
