Preparation method and medical purpose of novel dihydro-flavonoid

The invention discloses a novel dihydro-flavonoid which is pinocembrin-7-0-[(2 , 6 -di-0-[alpha]-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-[beta]-D-glucopyranoside] (RY7 for short), a method for preparing the dihydro-flavonoid from lichee stones, and an anti-oxidant medical purpose of the dihydro-flavonoid. The novel dihydro-flavonoid is prepared by processing lichee stones through ethanol extraction, degreasing, macroporous resin applying, and column chromatography. The data obtained from a high resolution mass spectrometer (HRMS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) confirms that the obtained compound is RY7. An anti-oxidation experiment is carried out upon the obtained RY7, and the result indicates that the compound has an anti-oxidant effect. The invention belongs to the field of medical technology.
