A Man with Fever, Chills, Myalgias, and Rash A 48-year-old man presented with fever, chills, myalgias, and diarrhea. On evaluation, he had generalized lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, diffuse rash, and moderate eosinophilia. Diagnostic test results were received.
