The business world over the years has become highly competitive whereby organizations must take action to stay in charge of the business, so as not to fall in front of the competition and even worse not to meet customer requirements. Therefore, senior management must be attentive to the proposals of improvement in both the production processes and the environment of the company, always being in a cycle of improvement will provide a competitive advantage. The cleaning products company aims to increase production on the glove manufacturing line, applying quality tools, and focusing on the constraint theory to find the weak ace link of this process. The cleaning products company is in the Carcelen industrial sector in the city of Quito, which produces various cleaning products for the home with a high level of quality and approachable for the economy of Ecuadorian families. The company has 5 factories where 275 people work, in the titling work we will focus on the number four factory where gloves are manufactured. In order to meet the objectives set in the project, a series of activities were carried out, among them: lifting all the activities involved in the process, taking the times of the activities and seeing their limits to obtain a standard time, value chain, diagramming of the process, lines were balanced to identify the number needed in the process, apart from Pareto and Ishikawa diagrams to identify problems on and off the production line. Finally, a simulation was carried out accompanied by a current and future VSM in which the limitations and future scope of the process were observed. With the application of the measures, the company could improve the process by increasing 50,000 pairs per month, eliminating the maquila completely and generating 80,000 more for the process.
