The device (10) has a wave guide (24) extending from an outer surface (44) of an anode (22) of the magnetrons (12, 14) to outside of the magnetron. Resonant cavities (42) of each magnetron include a connecting cavity (50) and an output cavity (52) such that the connecting cavity has a connecting portion (50B) emerging on the surface and the output cavity has an output portion (52B) emerging on the surface opposite to the wave guide. The connecting cavity of each magnetron is identical to another connecting cavity and to the output cavity of the magnetron if it includes the output cavity.
