System of nanosecond-potential-logic modules

This paper describes a system of modules for creating specialized high-speed processors for sampling events in nuclear physics experiments. The system can operate with unencoded detector signals, use fast table lookups, and realize sequential sampling methods by means of loop operations. Data are entered into the tables and registers of all modules and are read out using the COMPEX protocol.
