Establishment of clinical training and evaluating system for postgraduate in anesthesiology

We introduce the clinical training and evaluating system for postgraduate in anesthesiology in Capital Medical University (CMU).This system integrates the abundant resource of education and clinical practice in CMU and the affiliated hospitals.The system consist of one rotation regimen in subspecialty in anesthesiology,same textbook,same course of clinical anesthesiology,and same evaluating system to control the quality of training.The system cultivates postgraduate in anesthesiology with high capability in clinical practice through integrating and optimizing the teaching and education resource.
