Project Financing of the Clean Development Mechanism

The paper introduces the objectives and project operation modes of Clean Development Mechanism(CDM)under the Kyoto Protocol,discusses the characters,prospect and extension of application for seven kinds of project financing mode for Clean Development Mechanism.In this paper,the suggestions on the participating financing the CDM project are proposed for China's enterprises.
