A Die Wall Lubrication System for P/M Components

Die wall lubrication is one of the most effective methods for producing high density compact P/M parts. Therefore a die wall lubrication system that can be applied to industrial compaction process was developed. The simple compact system has a precise intermittent spraying system and sensing device to monitor spraying status. Compaction trials showed improved results when applied to the P/M mass production process. ■特集:素形材
