The embodiment of the invention relates to a rural meteorological disaster early warning processing system, which comprises a meteorological server, an image coding server, a streaming media sever, a message pushing server and a terminal management platform server, wherein the meteorological server acquires and publishes real-time meteorological information, meteorological forecast information and disaster early warning information; the image coding server carries out coding processing on received video image data or static image data; the streaming media server processes the video image data, which is subjected to coding processing, into streaming media data; the message pushing server generates an early warning message according to received alarm information, and pushes the early warning message; and the terminal management platform server receives and processes the real-time meteorological information, the meteorological forecast information, the disaster early warning information, the static image data, the streaming media data and the early warning message, and sends the information to corresponding disaster early warning receiving and processing terminals, and the information is outputted into video information, image information and/or voice information through the disaster early warning receiving and processing terminals.
