Атонический дерматит у детей: современные эпидемиологические тенденции

2004
According to the ISAAC questionnaires we studied the prevalence of atopic eczema in schoolchildren of two age groups in Novosibirsk: 7-8 years old (9933 children) and 13-14 years old (10932 children). The prevalence of the diseases decreased for the period of the study (from 1996 to 2002), especially among the younger age group. The clinical picture of the current atopic eczema in children aged 7-8 years remained stable. The prevalence of concurrent allergic disorders of respiratory tract diminished. The children of the older age group showed a decrease in quality of life estimation because of atopic eczema symptoms. Less flexural localisation of skin atopic disorder was observed in older children. There was found an increase in recurrent cases of allergic disorders and in rate and severity of concurrent allergic disorders of respiratory tract.
