Reflection of the Oligocene Flysch Folds at the Top Eocene Limestone Level

Many known oil fields, as the Cakrani field (1), the Gorishti field (2), etc. discovered in the lonian zone of the Albanian thrust belt are related to the anticline structures of the Cretaceous-Eocene limestone overlain by flysch of the Oligocene age.
