Serovars Analysis of Salmonella in Lizards

The Purpose of the experiment was to analyze lizard of Salmonella from a fishing village in Tambon Saensuk, Arnphur Muarg, Chonburi Province, the men's residence hall at Srinakharinwirot University Bansaen Campus and from slums in Bangkok, Wat Lardboukao and Lard Phrao, 100 samples from fishing village and 200 samples from slum. Salmonella was found in 152 samples (50.67%). There were 17 serovars:- Salmonella Weltevreden, S. Brunei, S. Lexington, S.I 8, 20:-:-, S. Newport, S. Havana, S. Derby, S. Typhimurium, S.IV 43:Z 4 , Z 23 :-, S. Stanley, S. Panama, S. Anatum, S. Saintpaul, S. Agona, S. Montevideo, S. Virchow and S.I 8,20:y:- Salmonella was also analyzed in samples taken from people in the areas as the Lizards sampling mating a total of 140 samples Salmonella was found in 15 samples (10.71%). There were 10 serovars: Salmonella Weltevreden, S.I 8, 20:-:-, S. Derby, S. Bredeney, S. Singapore, S. Blockley, S. Brunei, S. Panama, S. Lexington and S.
