상담자의 개입에 따른 반응성애착장애 유아의 언어 및 놀이발달 변화과정 탐색: 그림책 읽어주기와 놀이참여를 중심으로
2020
This study explores the process of change of language and play development in children with reactive attachment disorder based on counselor intervention through picture book reading and play participation conducted over 56 sessions, held twice a week for seven months from June 15, 2018 to January 30, 2019. The counselor stimulated children’s reactions by adopting a consistent, accepting attitude, and responded sensitively to their interactions. Based on the observations, the process of change of language and play development in children with reactive attachment disorder can be divided into six stages. The first stage is confusion due to stimuli–unstable contact. The second stage is stimuli-contact stabilization. The third stage is stimuli-promotion acceptance. The fourth stage is stimuli-learning internationalization. The fifth stage is stimuli-expression change. The sixth stage is stimuli-expansion and adaptation. Through these stages, children adapted to everyday life and established their views of the world. This process of change is expected to serve as a reference in the delivery of intervention by parents of children with reactive attachment disorder, counselors in various fields, and teachers providing early childhood education.
